CREAMY CARBONARA

INGREDIENTS:

  2. 1. In a large pot, prepare the pasta based on cooking instructions.
  3. Part 2
  4. 2. Fry the bacon but not too crispy. drain and cut into small pieces.
  5. 3.Fry the ham, drain and cut into small square pieces.
  6. Part 3
  7. 4. In a pan, heat oil and saute garlic and onion. Add 3/4 of fried bacon and ham.
  8. 5. Add evaporated milk and creamed mushroom soup.
  9. 6. Add the all purpose cream and grated parmesan cheese. Stir and bring to boil.
  10. 7. Season with ground pepper.
  11. 8. Add more evaporated milk or a cup of water if the sauce is too creamy or salty.
  12. 9. Simmer until beginning to thicken. Remove from heat.
  13. 10. Prepare pasta on pasta tray,top with grated Parmesan cheese together with the remaining bacon and ham bits and chopped parsley.
  14. 11. Serve with garlic bread. Enjoy

Tilapia with Salted Black Beans

INGREDIENTS:

Procedure:

  2. Rub salt and pepper all over the sliced tilapia. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 cup of cooking oil in a frying pan.
  4. Pan-fry the sliced tilapia in medium heat for about 5 minutes per side or until the color turns medium brown. Remove the fried tilapia and place in a plate lined with paper towel.
  5. In a clean cooking pan, heat about 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
  6. Saute the garlic and onion.
  7. When the onion softens,add the parsley and salted black beans.
  8. Put the fried tilapia in the pan. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch diluted in water.Stir gently and let boil. and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  9. Add pepper to taste.Note: you can add more water to make it taste less salty.
  10. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  11. Serve. share and enjoy!
